Hi Folks,
PROBLEM:
ERA is upgraded from Version 5.x to 6.x, now how do I setup my laptop clients to be able to contact the ERA 6 server when they are out of the office?
SOLUTION:
You can manage all your Endpoints via ESET Remote agent which you need to deploy to all your client computers within your network.
You can use below procedure to add all your computers within your network.
However, in this particular scenario if your client computer is out of your network and you cannot push the agent from ERA 6.x.
I would suggest to create a live installer from below URL and ask the user to run the agent installer script.
Alternatively, you can use team viewer to connect to your client computer which is out of your office, transfer the live agent installer script using team viewer and run it from there.

NOTE: Your client must be able to connect to your ERA server over the internet.
