It is ESET Anti-Virus number (Often referred as ESET USERNAME) you must have received when you have purchased the software. It is required for the renewal and activation.

How to find EAV if you have lost it?

Note: This works for ESET product in Windows Operating Systems only.

1. Reach to ESET customer support for your country and share as much details as you can to help them to find your EAV.

2. Collect ESET logs using below

4. Find out \ess_logs\ESET\Config\product_info.xml in logs.

5. Open the XML in browser and find the EAV from Search box on the page.

6. Keep is secure for future use.
